Eskalante is a multidisciplinary Mexican artist currently based between Mexico and Denmark.  Due to his artistic work, he has lived for more than 18 years in Europe, where he began a deep exploration of different techniques and means of expression. In this way, the experience and contrast between cultures, together with the constant artistic experimentation make his work diverse, disruptive and current. At the same time that he reflects a permanent questioning and claim on the dominant beliefs of contemporary society. His latest work is based on photography, in his work of photographic collages he has as a concept the possibility of changing our thoughts and perspectives on things to build other realities.

He has participated in various individual and collective exhibitions in Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Spain and Mexico.
